Shopify Product Downloader provides a Chrome extension that allows users to export publicly available product data from Shopify stores. The service operates on a credit-based system where credits are purchased and consumed per exported product.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to access stores you do not have permission to access
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the service to collect data for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when products are successfully exported. Key terms:

• 1 credit = 1 successfully exported product
• Credits never expire
• Failed or cancelled exports are not charged
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused credits within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Credits that have been used are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at support@shopifydownloader.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The Shopify Product Downloader extension, website, and all associated content are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

Data exported using our service is subject to the terms of the Shopify stores from which it was exported. We are not responsible for how you use exported data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all Shopify stores will be accessible. Shopify store owners may restrict access to their product data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers including Google (authentication), Creem (payments), and Neon (database). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not affiliated with Shopify Inc.

10. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is approved.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
